Stipend:

• 50% Stipend will be paid by the company, and the remaining 50% will be paid by NATS (2.0) through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) in your Aadhaar-seeded bank account as per rules.

Qualification:

Diploma (Technician):

• Regular 3 Years/2 years (Lateral Entry) Diploma in the respective branch, approved by State Board of Technical Education & AICTE

Graduate (Technical):

Graduate (Non-Technical):

• Qualification: Regular 3 Years B.A/B.Com./B.Sc.degree from any recognized University.

Eligibility:

• The candidate must be an Indian national.
• Candidates must have passed B.E/B.Tech/B.A/B.Com./B.Sc./B.B.A/B.C.A /Diploma in the year – 2020,2021,2022,2023 & 2024.
• Candidates belonging to Odisha State are only eligible to apply.
• Candidate should possess a passing certificate as of the date of the application as per BOPT guidelines. Candidates with the status “Appearing” or “Result awaited” are not eligible. Candidates with pending back papers or whose supplementary exam results are awaited, are not be eligible to apply.
• Candidates undergoing apprenticeship training in other places or already completed apprenticeship training are not eligible to apply.

Selection Process:

• Candidates will be shortlisted for physical document verification according to the company’s requirements, based on marks scored in the qualifying examination and as per other rules and regulations in vogue.
• Reservations will be applicable as per Govt. of Odisha /HAL guidelines.
• A list of Shortlisted candidates for physical document verification will be made available on the company website, and those candidates will be called for document verification. after successfully verifying original documents, they will be called to join the apprenticeship.
