Qualification (योग्यता):
Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) में अप्रेंटिस करने के लिए आवश्यक योग्यता ITI, Diploma, Graduate हैं योग्य उम्मीदवारों का चयन अप्रेंटिस के विभिन्न पदों पर किया जाएगा जो कंपनी के मापदंडों को पूरा करते हो ये सभी उम्मीदवार आवेदन के लिए योग्य रहेंगे। वहीं निर्धारित पदों पर भर्ती होने के लिए इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों का निम्न योग्यता होना आवश्यक हैं:
- For Trade Apprentice: Candidates Should Possess 10th, ITI (Relevant Trade) (NCVT/ SCVT)
- For Technician Apprentice: Candidates Should Possess Diploma (Engineering Discipline)
- For Graduate Apprentice: Candidates Should Possess Any Degree

Age Limit (आयु सीमा):
Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) में अप्रेंटिस के पदों पर भर्ती के लिए इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों का आयु कंपनी द्वारा निर्धारित सीमा के अंदर होनी चाहिए। वहीं निर्धारित पदों पर शामिल होने के लिए इच्छुक उम्मीदवार की आयु कंपनी द्वारा निर्धारित निम्न प्रकार से होना आवश्यक हैं:
- Minimum 18 years and
- Maximum 24 years as on date of reckoning i.e.31.07.2024
- (Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST i.e. up to a max of 29 yrs.,
- 3 years for OBC-NCL i.e.up to a max of 27 yrs., for the posts reserved for them). Candidates belonging to PwBD categories shall be given age relaxationup to 10 years (up to 15 years for SC/ST) and up to 13 years for OBC-NCL candidates.

Salary/Stipend (सैलरी/स्टाइपेंड):
Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) पर नियुक्ति के लिए सम्बंधित ट्रेड मे चयनित ITI, Diploma, Graduate पास उम्मीदवारों का चयन मेरिट के आधार पर किया जाएगा जिसमें चयनित उम्मीदवारों को सरकारी मानदंडों के अनुसार स्टाइपेंड कंपनी के द्वारा दिया जाएगा।
Selection Process (चयन प्रक्रिया):
Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) के लिए भर्ती अधिसूचना के अनुसार उम्मीदवारों का चयन निम्न आधार पर किया जाएगा जिसके लिए आनलाइन आवेदन निधरित तिधि के अंदर करना होगा।
- The Selection shall be on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the Online Test and meeting the notified eligibility criteria.
- The Online Test will be conducted with Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ’s) consisting of four options with one correct option.

- Generic Aptitude including Quantitative Aptitude
- Reasoning Abilities
- Basic English Language Skills
Trade Apprentice –Graduate Apprentice (BBA/BA/B.Com/B.Sc.):
