Eligibility:
Age: 18 - 25 year
ITI & Diploma
- Passing year: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024
- ITI & Diploma Final year (2024) passed & results awaited/ pending can also apply
Stipend:
- For Diploma Rs. 17,000/-
- For Graducation (BA, BSC, BOCM) Rs. 17,000/-
- For ITI Rs. 16,000/-
Additional Benefits:
- Retention Bonus: INR 5,000 once in 6 months for the first 2 years & INR 10,000 once in 6 months for the 3rd year
- Uniform and safety shoes provided at no cost
- Medical & Insurance: 1 lakh sum assured for medical insurance and 5 lakhs for Group Personal Accident Policy
- Night Shift Allowance: INR 30 per shift, for a maximum of 15 days a month
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 8 hour shift (3 shifts)
- Tenure: 6 years of training period
- Birthday chocolates, festival sweets/gifts provided
Accommodation details:
- First 3 month accommodation free.
- Accommodation: 3 or 4 candidates per room, depending on room size. There are 3 different hostels.
- Room Facilities: Beds and fans are provided.
- Meal Facilities: Only vegetarian food is provided. Eggs are served 3 days a week at the factory.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Height: 160 cm
- Minimum Weight: 50 kg
- No past medical surgery
- No colour blindness
